If you have an aggressive webmaster then why do you need to do the registration thing. I for one do not like the nature of having to register, I would, but it somehow feels like answering to big brother. I understand the site is private and being edited if necessary, but having to register isn't going to cut back on bad behavior. And it's a waste of your time setting it up and handing out passwords and a waste of our times. What you will successfull screen out are the people who leave small messages.
I have seen this done at other sights and those sights in fact fell more under the control of the aggressive posters.
