Somebody check out a recent copy of Variety Magazine ... there's a section that lists shows "In Production" ...

Then, figure a minimum of $3 million per 13 episodes.

So it's gotta be at least $4 million. As far as exact figures, even PBS & Nelvana probably won't know until the dust has cleared.
