How many series are we talking about? Figure "Arthur" (typical PBS) quality to be going for about $3.7 million per 13 episodes.

So two series would be around $7 million, three would be $11 million, four would be $15 million ... $40 million should fund 10 PBS series. Is PBS airing ten series?
