There are Art colleges that have computer classes, and there are schools like Stanford and MIT where it's more technical and mathamatical. CalArts has a solid foundation in drawing, design, and film making, and they also teach how to utilize the computer as a tool. San Francisco Academy of Art is another good one. Svannah College of Art and Design is also a class act. But just to be sure, if you're looking to the computer to solve any of your designing and drawing skills--you're looking in the wrong place. It's a great tool, but it won't replace solid drawing (by hand that is!). Good luck!
