Flash 4 or Animation:Master

My 14-year-old is working with a demo of Flash 4, which seems the easiest animation software for him so far after a lot of false starts. I just came across Animation:Master, at the same price as the full version of Flash 4. Anybody out there who knows both and can help me decide?
