: absolutely not. the truth is...your 'sheep'
: comments are much more compelling...and accurate.
: i don't see any feature guys or girls standing up
: speaking with level of respect and knowledge, for
: the industry as a whole, that you have displayed.

(Sheepie shakes his head). Oh Claire, what can I say to you.

: if some of them feel insulted, guess what...that's
: their problem, not yours. most of the arguments
: that followed your sheep comments were obviously
: because some 'buttons' had been pushed. guess what...
: that's good too.

Ok Claire. Try this.. There were no buttons being pushed, just blame being laid, generally. All Charles did was to clarify that. Your comments about not knowing certain aspects of animation means that you are the one with the problem. Your envy became obvious at that point. You should realize that it is your feathers that have been ruffled.

you ought not have to apologize
: for some feathers getting ruffled. you did that
: on purpose and got some reactions. isn't that part
: of why this board is here? to keep people aware
: of what's going on and the radical changes that
: are happening. there are times when people need to
: be shaken up, Right?

Yes, but not through attacking feature artists in general. If blame is to be laid then let it be laid on the persons responsible. Sterotyping is a bad idea, period.
