World Animation Celebration

Does anyone know why the Animation Celebration
has seen fit to tack on a $75.00 fee to enter a film
this year? I'm an independent animator living in Baltimore,
not a Commercial Production House. I've entered films in past
festivals including this one, and I don't ever
remember there being such a high fee.
