TITAN A.E. (this looks cheap)

While at a screening of Galaxy quest i saw a preview for "Titan A.E." that to me, looked dated and cheap. Kind of like heavy metal. For something that is supposed to be feature animation, this looks cheap to me and no better than cutscenes for some of todays video games. I also saw scenes that looked to be shot on fours or perhaps even eights...What is going on here???
