why is hiring a non-union artist a 'criminal' act? to allow another talented human being an opportunity to be employed? most outsourced studios aren't union anyway. and that has been going on for a number of years. warners has done quite alot of outsourcing. i've never understood this attitude of derision in the union/non-union environment. for a huge number of artists, union and non-union alike, times have been tough. why add to it? it's just not productive.
