The thing that bugs me are executives expecting animation the quality of, say, "Tarzan," for a TV show on a shoestring budget and schedule. While companies spend loads on "writers" and "executives" they rarely want spend when it comes to design and animation. Not to mention they'd get a bigger bang out of their butts if they'd design the show taking into consideration the time and budget constraints. (i.e.: the original "Flinstones")
