If you haven't heard the news, Viacom and CBS are merging in a $37 billion deal. They're going to be the second largest entertainment conglomerate in the world, second only to Time Warner.
That means that Nickelodeon, MTV, VH1, Paramount, the CBS affiliates and many other entertainment entities are going to mesh together under one umbrella.
What's among the highest priorities of this new Titan's agenda?
Entertainment for the Internet.
