Effects on Osmosis.

If 80% of the effects are going to be shipped out for Osmosis, then being sent back here for LA effects animators to freelance, what is the deal ? Why cant Warners just cut a deal with the LA effects animators that cuts out the other company ? It's obvious that Warners will be losing money on this deal to the middle man. They get their effects but it takes a much longer route, it also gets done in a much more scattered and hurried way. It makes no sense.
