This website is right on. And here's the latest tactic being used in making sure that artists are kept scared: rumor has it that a certain big studio is purposefully giving out less than shining reviews in order to make artists nervous about their job. One supervisor was approached by someone and asked if he was sure about some animator's reviews because they were TOO good. Seems this executive wanted some dirt on the lowly animators to make sure that they would be scared about losing their job. Thankfully the supervisor stood up for those animators. Be warned: they love the fear they have created and how easily manipulative artists are. Another strong rumor is that certain evaluations are so negative that they don't even sound like the opinions of those they are supposedly coming from--could producers be fudging the reviews in order to keep us scared????? Any psycho can write any kind of message here, but how come these rumors seem so damn real? Anybody feel like these evil actions are going on? What are you going to do about? What would you put up with in order to keep your job?
