Remember the promotional campaign for Warner's "Cats Don't Dance" in '97? Of course not! There wasn't one!

Remember the LA Times article of 6-24-99 in which high salaried animation artists were blamed for the studios, especially Warners, not making enough on their features? Of course we do! Who could ever forget that masterpiece of journalism!

Iron Giant is perhaps the most significant animated feature produced in modern times and the only add I saw for it was a blurd on AOL that lasted all of one day! To top it off, Disney didn't re-release one of their old features to go head to head with you and you still blew it!

You Warner executives in charge of promoting "The Iron Giant" are very fortunate. You're fortunate that you don't work for me. Otherwise, everyone of your sorry carcasses would be standing in an unemployment line at this moment. There is simply no excuse for not backing up this animated feature. You guys have done a pathetic job.

But you're animation executives. Who would have expected anything more of you.
