We hear Canada. If that is overseas. I think because the budget is really tight and the production time short that it might be subject to that.
This along with the quote from the LA Times article last week really makes me question whether our leadership in the union is really working for us...or for themselves.

The idea of keeping wages down (no time and a half or double time) on overtime isn't new. We hear a lot about competing here but it isnt often we see it. The question to me is do they have the right to refuse overtime then.
