I for one, don't like the idea of sitting back and letting the public illusions contained in the Times article continue.

In a message left by Paul a few lines down, he included the email address of one of the writers of last week's article. Why don't we send him some of our opinions on the subject.

If you're in L.A. or if you read the article and are in another city and are compelled to speak your mind, send your comments to James.Bates@latimes.com.

You can also send your comments to readers.rep@latimes.com.

Make sure you read the article so you can comment accurately. The article was left in a message by Bruce Woodside on 6-24, so scroll down and do your research beforehand.

I suggest that you keep your comments professional. It's okay to be angry, but don't get carried away. Keep your message focused and dignified.

It's time to educate the media about the real source of the problems in animation - the pathetic executive management we have to endure.

Now's your chance to get involved. Give the animation writers at the L.A. Times a wake up call.
