As Jon and I slug it out in a studio owner vs animator grudge match it comes to mind that we have not discussed the nature of the beast. For all our well intentioned posts we seem to ignore the difference between the many feilds involving animation. None of them of course having the same basic requirements on the artists. The mandate of this site seems to address the same probloms in production but not the same management motivation to produce. I think it is too easy to generalize and lump them all together so I’m seeing a need for defining eachs goals. Just a thought.
