I spoke to my webmaster and we're going to to what we can to set up the message board in a new way along the lines of what you've suggested. I've realized for a while that it is becoming cluttered and a bit difficult to follow.

As far as the Katzenburg suit is concerned, are you talking about the one he's had against Disney or is there something that I've missed?
