thanks for the forum.most animators working at dismals downunder have either gone freelance or left to work elsewhere because of the high pressure
imposed by the numerous directors.one of these directors told me today that the reason for
this constant reworking is because the american head office says they can do it cheaper in asia.
that means the only thing keeping it in australia is the higher qualityof the product done here.
they are asking you guys to come and work here because the older experienced artists have wised up to their tactics.
it's no picnic down here fellows.it used to be a fun industry.there aren't many jokes on the walls these days.
not too many fish around either but the surfs still great!so come on down.
