This site is a riot! It lets you build and order your own personal action figure. You can make one of your parents, girlfriend, boss.

It's been making the news big time recently by making action figures out of newsworthy public figures. They then end up on Ebay fetching awesome prices.

True entrepreneurialism if I say so m'self!

We can order a 'Charles' action figure with a soapbox and a shovel for neighborhood rude bar owners and some other superhero gear.

Howzabout a MR. FUN action figure, which comes with an extendable pencil ("to poke fun at evil executives and pesky middle management types"), its own mini Michael Eisner action figure and a voice chip that says, "Aieee, Dr. Quest!"?

"Hey, kids! Have fun with Mr. Fun!"

Then there's SCOTT SHAW! action figure, with color-changing Hawaiian shirt ("just dip 'im in cold water, kids!") and a bad case of the "kung-fu grippe".

Aloha,

Scott!

Aloha,

Scott!

Now THAT'S freakin' too funny!

Shaw! You should have a figure made up of you to show at the comic cons. Would really scare the competition and you could do an entire routine about action figures.

What's Mr. Fun look like anyway? His secret identity has never been revealed.

A co-worker of mine repackaged this figure as the "Gary Clair" action figure. It got lots of laughs around the office, and with my wife, who treasures it.

I don't see the resemblance.

Yet again, I move one of Greg B's posts to the Side Topics. The excitement never ends here! What will be next? It tingles the imagination

We exist to torture The Mod, as The Mod exists to torture us in return.

Perhaps I should be writing a Matrix prequel? [Big Grin]

We're at the 6th Weekly Challenge so they've been going on for about... let's see... at least 6 weeks.

Here's the 6th Weekly Challenge at AN's Gallery forum.

http://www.animationnation.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=3;t=001440;p=1#000000

To avoid having two similar threads running simultanoeusly, let's close this Side Topics subject and refer to the 6th Weekly Challenge in the Gallery instead, since AN action figures is what the latest Challenge is about.
