Just in time for the debate season a new cartoon has emerged via ShutUp! Cartoons on YouTube. It's called 'Politicats' and it's an animated Web series from SunnyBoy Entertainment in Pasadena, California. Nice technique of cut-out animation and FX backs a politically charged atmosphere of... you guessed it... Cats along with assorted other animals.
