This video is a trip, I'm sure you'll agree once you've seen it. It's an amazing approach to animation and I was at a loss to figure out how it works when I first saw it. Follow this link to the Forums for an explanation.

Yet another entertaining video from DreamWorks Studios featuring Puss In Boots, the most interesting cat in the world, to add to the collection of videos and other paraphernalia accumulated in this topic on the Forums, namely a photo I took of the Puss In Boots display in the DreamWorks lobby last April.
Puss In Boots opens November 4, 2011. Stay furry my friends.

Ten years ago on this date, the world drastically changed forever. On that day, the AnimationNation Forums were abuzz with editorial activity, providing the animation community a place to collectively grieve, mourn, express itself, and share information. I thought it would be fitting, in memory of the attack on the US, to reflect back on that time by highlighting some of the many discussions that were taking place then. Follow this link to the current AN Forums to see a view of 9-11 from 250 miles in space, plus a list of links to the many topics that our members were involved in ten years ago concerning the fateful events of the mindless and premeditated tragedy that has affected the lives of just about everyone around the world in one form or another. |

It features articles, interviews, animation fundamental videos, and free rigs produced by their staff. They've interviewed Victor Navone of Pixar and more is on the way. They've also rigged an unusual funny 'egg like' character and and giving it away free! There's more info in the topic that's been posted on the AN Forums. Check out their promotional video...
