The Animation Guild - Case of the Missing Logo
Written by Charles
Sunday, 24 June 2012 04:58

You would think that by looking at the logo design below that the union for the animation industry is getting into the mattress spring business.

If you've followed the AN Forums over the years you'll know just how influential the AnimationNation Movement has been. Since the day we launched on February 25, 1999 the site and our community has been committed to http://amarragessansfrontieres.com/branded-viagra positive industry reform on behalf of the artists of the animation industry everywhere. Since then our relationship with the animation union has become very strained and not through any fault of our own.  Fearful of lifeinabundance.org our influence, we've been blacklisted by the Guild's leadership because we're critical of them. In spite of the years and http://www.supplychaincanada.com/cheap-canadian-viagra years of support they received from us the cheap viagra 50mg union's leadership has become so warped they see us as an enemy. Something which couldn't be farther from the truth. AN has ALWAYS supported unity among artists in the industry. Not just in the Los Angeles market but everywhere.

I've kept the animation politics we've traditionally experienced on the Forums off of AN's homepage up until now. On June 21, 2012 something happened that underscores the depth of the dysfunction of the union's leadership. The Animation Guild unveiled a new logo for the Guild. With no prior notice or input of any kind from the membership of the union, they outsourced the design work to a corporate group in Rhode Island USA. The union that represents some of real viagra without prescription the most talented artists on earth outsourced the design of their own logo. The union that's supposed fight to keep as much work as possible available for their members, outsourced the design of their own logo, the image of which you see above.

The outcry on the Guild's blog was immediate and so negative, the logo disappeared and was replaced by the previous one. The topic of the new logo vanished as well, effectively cutting off any investigative discussion as to how this fiasco came about.

You're welcome to follow this link to the topic on the AN Forums and read about some of our many negative experiences with the exective management of The Animation Guild and why we feel they are an organization ripe and ready for a change that will benefit their members.
