'Dick Figures' breaks Kickstarter funding record

The popular online cartoon "Dick Figures" has a huge following on the Internet averaging over 4 million unique views per week. Now that popularity is translating into more than $250,000 in funding for a Dick Figures movie via a record breaking Kickstarter campaign. Crowdfunding comes through once again!  Created by Ed Skudder and Zack Keller, the series is distributed through Mondo Media and is partnered with Six Point Harness. San Diego Comic-Con 2012 - Pros and Cons

Batman and Superman aren't the only ones debating as to why one should or shouldn't attend the Comic-Con in San Diego, California this year. It starts today July 12, 2012 and continues through July 15. It's the largest of all the industry conventions and although it attracts huge crowds, many people experienced with the Con are wondering if it's worth attending anymore. The story involves a man who is interrogated by the robot police on suspicion of killing a toaster. Produced in 2010 by Nick Matthews and Marcus Ng. Enjoy this excellent student film.

Mark is associated with Anatomy Tools of Alameda, California. Anatomy Tools was founded in 2003 in San Francisco and is regarded as a preeminent source for educational materials on human anatomy both in the art and medical health industries. They've been previously featured in AN's Education Forum. Great  talents are associated with the group as can be seen by the magnificent art of Mark Newman.
