The opening titles for Digitized 2012, a digital design conference in Greece, were created by a very talented team backing up Tony Zagoraios. Experimentation with styles and techniques culminated an exciting visual experience backed by Virtual Boy's music "The Future Holds A Beat" on AlphaPup Records. Konstantinos Penlidis, Demetrios Fakinos and Stavros Kypraios contributed to the production. As is customary with AN here's the link to the Forum topic.

'Mr. Ladybug' by Yoram Benz

We heard from filmmaker Yoram Benz who has a new animated short available for viewing. It's called "Mr. Ladybug" and it's a tale of a ladybug who struggles with his name considering his gender. The film is inspired by the picture book that Yoram created. Check out this lighthearted and charming animated story...

'Destiny' from Bellecour

Another remarkable student film from the French. This one is called "Destiny" and features a story with several layers of complexity as a fellow tries in vain to start his day while avoiding fate. This originates from Bellecour in Lyon. The talents behind it are Fabien Weibel, Sandrine Wurster, Victor Debatisse and Manuel Alligné.

'Animated History of Poland' by Tomasz Bagiński

I was doing some research into the history of Poland and found an impressive 8 minute film that did just that. You should be acquainted with Polish history in general to understand the imagery but even without that knowledge you can get a good picture of the long, at times troubled yet glorious history of a great country. Produced by Tomasz Bagiński for the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai.
