A blockbuster deal has been announced involving the merger of the Walt Disney Company with Lucasfulm LTD. It's a $4.05 billion transaction that will put Lucasfilm under the Disney umbrella allong with Pixar, Marvel Comics, ABC Television, ESPN, the Muppets and many other companies and properties.
