Looks like the big boys are getting into the crowdfunding groove! ANer Greg Boone brought it to our attention through the Forum topic he started that the venerable comic book publishing giant DC Comics, a Time Warner Company, has initiated a campaign on Indiegogo in an effort to help end hunger in the Horn of Africa by working with several global charities. The "We Can Be Heroes" campaign has a target of $50,000 and so far in just  4 days of a 45 day campaign they've exceeded their goal at $58,309 as of this writing. Another of the great many examples of the effectiveness of crowdfunding.
