Nearly half of U.S. voters continue to feel the nation’s best days are already behind them.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 49% of Likely U.S. Voters think America’s best days are in the past. T hirty-two percent (32%) think the country’s best days still lie ahead, down five points from the previous survey. Another 19% are not sure.
