Promoting and encouraging the creation and sharing of family films through film and screenplay adjudication, industry panel discussions, film exhibition and educational outreach enables IFFF to accomplish its vision.

All filmmakers and screenwriters participate and network about their projects with the US & International Press

The deadline is December 18, 2012 for features, shorts, student shorts, and screenplays.

IFFF Youth Fest! (ages 8-18) shorts, as well as short-length screenplays.

The IFFF accepts films submitted in the 3D, 35 mm, Blu-ray and DVD formats.

NEW IFFF DATES MAY 1-5, 2013

18th annual International Family Film Festival
The 2013 IFFF dates are May 1-5, 2013 and will be held at the Raleigh Studios, Hollywood, California

Announcement of the 2013 Official Selections for Films and Screenplays in all categories - February 20, 2013.

Due to a scheduling conflict, the dates were bumped from the original March 27-31 dates.

"This added time will allow the festival and filmmakers to extend their marketing/promotional window for a Hollywood screening. We have an extraordinary selection from over 37 countries for audiences and distributors to discover this year - these stories have never been more timely and topical in today's ever-changing digital world," says IFFF Film Programmer/Founder, Patte Dee McKee.

The Late Deadline is pushed to February 8th, 2013
