ANIMACURSED - INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF HORROR ANIMATION



Vampire, mule headless, zombie and other supernatural beings haunt the 69 animations, Brazilians and foreigners, selected for the Animacursed, the first international festival of animated horror of Brazil.

Taken Nagao's blood is spilled in the special program dedicated to the Japanese animator films. The biological suspected terrorism movie Resident Evil: Degeneration and six terrifying visions of Dante's Inferno: An Epic Animation are the features in the Special Scare Program. The U.S. dark feature From Inside and the story of the serial killer of French Le Tueur de Montmartre are part of the Dread Program. The average film Kanibal Seijin on cannibalistic aliens that took over the planet Earth is the film of Fright Program.

The official short competition happens in Scream. The Scream 5 Program, in particular, brings short of the first nightmare that makes a lot of children falling out of bed. The Hellraiser animations are in short retrospective - Undead Program. Besides the exhibition of film programs, voting and awards, there will be Animation Lecture with free subscriptions.

The festival takes place in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil , CCFJ Centro Cultural Justiça Federal (7 to 12 September 2010) and Sao Paulo - Brazil, Reserva Cultural (17 to 23 September 2010).
