If you grew up in the Chicagoland area during the golden age of kids TV on WGN Channel 9, Christmastime didn't officially start until the three films above were broadcast on the Garfield Goose show.

The highlight of the season was the Rankin Bass special Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, which was another staple of childhood TV watching in December.

This isn't a Christmas song, but maybe it was more influential on me then I realized...
