Just discovered this. It's an animated TV series that's broadcast in France.

Created by Rémi Chapotot, designed (I think) by Rémi Chapotot and Jean-François Henry and produced by Cube Creative in association with Blue Spirit Animation. The series was launched last year in June 2010.

Kaeloo is a friendly frog that turns into something not so nice when he gets upset. Here's a sample episode in English.
