Looks like the original teaser for 'Planes' was taken off but it's been replaced by the official trailer for the movie...

In case the play on words in the title of the topic was missed, I was referring to Disney's first cartoon about planes, which happened to be the very first Mickey Mouse cartoon ever produced, even though Steamboat Willie preceded it in release.

Check out what animation students in China came up with. This has been on YouTube since November 2008...

This is Samuel the Airplane. He came about as the result of a student project at Digipen Institute of Technology. He's been on YouTube since December 2008.

And of course, who can forget Jay Jay the Jet Plane from PBS, on YouTube since 2008 but the series goes all the way back to 1998.
