Evergreen Ent to sell new CGI mini-series at MIPCOM 2010

The five part mini-series 'Cyboars' is based on a comic published in the US. It tells of the struggle between the Cyboars and their arch enemies, the Renegade Bulls, when they both crash to Earth. This is a boy's action series aimed at 8 upwards. Selling it is a new departure for Evergreen which until now specialized in titles for a younger age-group.

'We were attracted to the idea of a property which is resolutely aimed at older kids' said M.D Steve Walsh. 'High quality action-oriented CGI animation with some comedy is what a section of the market is looking for'.

The producers of 'Cyboars' intend to make a 26 part series next year in addition to the mini-series which sets the scene, but which also stand alone.

'Cyboars' is a 5 x 24' animated mini-series produced by Cyboars International.
