Hello this is my first post. Thought I show some of my rough animations I been working on. Some of them need more in-betweens. Feedback is welcome because I want to improve them when I finalize them. These are done in Flash and I added a deviantart link for full viewing.
Impressive exercises in a range of different animated subjects. Nice work! You're doing great so far. Consider experimenting with more flexibility and fluidity and also exaggerated squash and stretch as you progress.

Here's my next work. Need to work on my smoke but I dont see its worth testing much. This is the last scene for my WIP movie and now I need to compile all my rough clips to see if it looks good.
This is a redo of Rose Swing Test shown here . While I was compiling all my clips, the original did not provide me the effect I wanted so I redid it. The face isnt done and the rose still needs some work. Rose Swing Test V2 Full View here. Deviantart
Very nice! You're a good animator and your work shows it. I like how you restaged the original scene. That said, I think there's too much business going on in the second scene as opposed to the first. The tossing of the floral bouquet is over done and it doesn't read as clearly as in the original. He looks like he's winding up to throw a baseball like a pitcher. If you could start the scene as you did in the second version but finish it up as you did in the first it would be more effective. Especially if we can see that he's throwing flowers which doesn't come through in the second.
I see. I could connect the beginning of the 2nd scene into the end of first. I'll see which one is better when I do the final cut. Thanks Charles for the input.

The original has been bugging me because it felt too stiff, too much movement, and arkward. I decided to make it simplier by doing only two movements. I still need to fix the face and give some movement to the hair. The blast still needs work but I am compiling the all the clips to see how the whole film would appear first. I like your clear animations. You have such perfect timing all respect for your abilities! I can not wait to see your animations and colored to see in a movie! You really have great talent.
