This is very good! I like the concept of a little old lady who at first appears very sweet and caring and then turns on a dime to be just the opposite. This may have even more comic appeal than what you're doing with your Joofville series. Nice job! Keep it up and thanks for posting your animation.

Thanks Charles. I'm trying to move away from vector based animation, like Anime Studio and onto more traditional frame by frame animation and produce short clips like this one. An area I need to work on is my timing and purpose. Thanks so much for all the feedback.
