The Giants win the Series! The Giants win the Series!

For the first time since 1954, and the first time since the club moved to San Francisco from New York City, the Giants are the champions of Major League Baseball. They defeated the Texas Rangers, who were in the Series for the first time in their history, 4 games to 1.

Congrats to all the Giants fans out there, I'm happy for ya.

Interesting. Being in the Bay Area, I've been to the new Giants stadium twice. Nice part of town over there.
