Yesterday I visited a very dear friend in the hospital. She's elderly and was having some problems with an irregular heartbeat. As it happened the doctor came in while I was there. After he explained a few things to her about her condition he prescribed a series of pharmaceuticals that she probably didn't need. No word about what she can do with her nutrition or anything else that might help her. Not even what she's been going through mentally or the stress and pressure she's feeling in her life that brought about this condition.

Just pills.

I immediately thought of this interview as he was convincing her that these pills will make her healthy again. Even over her objections to taking medication.

Some of this medication I'm familiar with and saw no reason why she had to take it.

It's becoming more transparent now as to what's going on in many areas of medicine.

Yeah, it's disturbing what people are put through solely for the enormous profit of the big pharma's profit. They could care less about your health or life. They only have one thing in mind and that is making truck loads of money.

It's also disturbing that all they need to do is throw their money around. They don't care how much they may get sued. It wont affect their profits and no one will ever go to prison.
