California cities make up 5 of the Top 10 according to this survey, with an astounding 4 of the top 5 including number 1.

Hey, what's Chicago doing on that list at #7 ?

I can understand the smaller cities having a hard time, but Sacramento? I don't know much about it but it is the state capital. Well, maybe because CA is in a lot of trouble. And it's probably only going to get worse for these cities before it gets better.
