Dear Educators and Students
The Visual Effects Society will once again present the coveted award for Outstanding Visual Effects in a Student Project at the annual VES Awards on January 28, 2011.
We would love to see YOUR student work this year.
If you are now – or were at any time in 2010 – enrolled in a recognized school and completed a work containing visual effects between January 1 and December 31, 2010, we encourage you to submit your work.
This is an awesome opportunity for your work to be seen by some of the best visual effects artists in the world. Not only that, but the winner will be flown to Los Angeles to attend the Visual Effects Society Awards in person. The event will take place on January 28, 2011 at the Hyatt-regency Hotel in Beverly Hills. In addition, the winner will have the opportunity to visit one or more visual effects facilities in the Los Angeles area.

Entry forms will be available starting October 11, 2010.
You can upload your work to our server between
November 16 and November 30, 2010.
