Like in former years all modules of the EAM are supported by international established and respected experts. This time Christophe Erbes, who once was managing director of Nickelodeon Germany and Fox Kids UK, as well as two of eight chairpersons of the Cartoon Forum 2011 could be won: Mike Robinson, one of the founders of The British Animation Training Scheme (BATS) and Joan Lofts („Tractor Tom“, „Peppa Pig“). A big opportunity for top talents, professionals and freelancers with work experience to improve their skills by working on their own projects.
This workshop, one of two organized by the International Academy of Media and Arts (IAMA), provides professional training for the European animation-industry in terms of script development, pitching and branding. An ideal surrounding to prepare for further events such as Cartoon Forum, MIPCOM, MIPjunior and so on. The module will be held from 25th to 28th of August 2011 at the Mitteldeutsches Mulimediazentrum Halle (Saale) in Germany.
