Obscure animation

I know nothing about this. Nor of probably anything else I'll be posting in this topic.

Here's something I discovered that looks like the opening of an animation show, and it sounds like it originates from the UK.

It's called "The Trap Door"...

Ever hard of "Button Moon"?

Ever seen it?

Well boy are you in for a treat!

Technically it's not animation, it's a puppet show. I think.

In this episode, Queenie Jelly has lost her cherries.

Who has the heart to tell her that once you lose your cherries, you can never get them back.

Have you heard of Mr. Impossible?

You haven't begun to live until you've seen this cartoon.
