Walt Disney's "Man In Space" - 1955

Postby Charles » Wed Dec 15, 2010 8:07 pm

A marvelous production created for TV in 1955 by Walt Disney, two years before Sputnik was launched I might add.

Directed and narrated by Ward Kimball, "Man In Space" is an educational documentary utilizing both live action and animation.

It's remarkable in the information it disseminates, even in our own day and well into the space age.

Well worth watching, I hope you can make the time to see this. It's in eight parts.
