Hi,

It is blocked, at least in France, where those two characters are known as Pat and Stan.

It was animated by Pierre Coffin (At Mac Guff) who later did "Dispicaple ME".

(Actually, since I can't see the video I cant see if it is the original or a parody)

The characters in the YouTube video are named Hippo and Bully. There's a few videos of them on YouTube and they all have views well into the millions. In the video I've membedded they're singing "The Lion Sleeps Tonight".

By the way, the view counter is now at 11,211,359. That's almost 23,000 more views in less than a day.

I found another posting of the same video dating from April, 2007 with an astounding 25,432,567 views!
