Dear Friends and Colleagues,
As most of you know, I've been laboring for the last few years on the "War of the Worlds: Goliath" feature film.
Part of that film included a dream of building out our world even further with a series of comics and stories that would run in Heavy
Metal Magazine.
Well, our first WOTW: Goliath comics stories has just been published in the January 2011 issue of Heavy Metal magazine, which should be hitting the stands pretty soon. I just received the issue and it looks gorgeous.
Actually, it's one of the best issues overall that I've seen in a while. Every story and piece and gallery shines, so we're in good company.
The Story is a ten page piece called "Cargo" and it features some beautiful art by the amazing Kuala Lumpur artist NANZO.
This will be the first of about 170 pages of story by top Malaysian talent that will be running in the magazine over the next year.
