Ed Ghertner's "Layout and Compositon for Animation"

Postby Charles » Tue Nov 16, 2010 2:22 pm

Yesterday at Cal State Northridge, Ed Ghertner was the guest speaker at The Animation Students League of Northridge (ASLN). Ed is a great layout artist with many years of experience working at the highest level in animation. Much of his experience involves working on the great animated features of the 90s at Disney including Lion King, Hunchback, Mulan and others.

Ed's got a new book out entitled "Layout and Composition for Animation". Here's the cover from the image at Amazon.com

You can find out more about Ed's book by following this link.

We're working on getting Ed Ghertner to be our guest at an upcoming AN Night. As soon as we're able to arrange something we'll pass along the notice.

Meanwhile, check out Layout and Composition for Animation. It'll be a big help in further developing your skills in a very important aspect of production.
