The creative team at Oxinfree Studios in the US are producing an exciting new animated series for children in Tanzania called "Azadae".

Oxinfree is an an independent animation studio built solely on the effort of artistic volunteers hoping to shape communities and bring people together both locally and globally. For the past year They've been developing an educational and entertaining
television series for children that follows a young girl and her friends through the everyday life of a child growing up in Tanzania.

"Azadae" started out as a student film in consultation with Tanzanian university students on our storylines and characters to make the series is as culturally accurate as possible. Oxinfree is hoping to create an educational children’s series that can be broadcasted on Tanzanian television stations, providing Tanzania with their own children’s
media while making Azadae available and entertaining for audiences everywhere.

The 4-minute pilot short for the series is progressing and Oxinfree has launched a crowdfunding campaign through Kickstarter.

Follow the link to the Azadae campaign to learn more about the project and consider supporting this effort with a contribution and also by helping to spread the word. Deadline for the campaign is November 30 2013. Here's the video with details...
