Retraction:
When I originally posted this I was going by what someone who knows way more about animation then I said..since then I haven't found anything to confirm or deny other then the closing credits which had a bunch of japanese dudes. So if anyone can confirm whether of not my original post is true then I'm going with this...if its cool Peter Chung did it..until someone can prove otherwise.lol
