Recording the video was fun. I forgot to turn on the lights with this one which is why it came out dark but that's okay. It's the message that counts. If it helps some artists out there then great! If not then they still have their jobs if they're happy working that way. Staying at one studio for 20 years is an accomplishment in itself. Should've mentioned that but will find a chance to make that point later on.
Sooner or later even entrenched artists must move on. Develop your brand and your franchise. Create your content. Attract a fan base. Build your independent economy!
The earlier the better. Don't do it out of fear! Do it with happiness and because you enjoy it.
