'paulicéia CANTA, TY-ETÊ!' - a NUPA film

How art can rise life awareness above apathy. That's what this beautiful NUPA film is about. NUPA is a public free animation studio-school in São Paulo, Brazil. Ty-etê (True Water) is the main river in São Paulo city. Several talented artists are credited on the film. You can find out more at the film's production blog.
